PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to issue appropriate directions to the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur to dispose of the M.P.No.132 of 2018 in RCOP.No.77 of 2017 pending on its file within a time frame.

The limited prayer sought for in the revision petition is to direct the trial Court to dispose of M.P.No.132 of 2018 within a time frame.

2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the M.P.No.132 of 2018 has been kept pending from January 2018, without any progress.

3.Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur to dispose of the M.P.No.132 of 2018 in RCOP.No.77 of 2017, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
