Prayer:- This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas corpus calling for the records pertaining to the order of the second respondent dated 21.11.2014 in BDFGISSV No.1927/2014 against petitioner's brother, the detenu herein, now confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and to set aside the same and to direct the respondents to produce the detenu Joseph @ Thiyagu @ Devaraj, son of Anthonydoss, aged about 41 years, before this Court and to set him at liberty. (Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the detenu namely Joseph @ Thiyagu @ Devaraj, son of Anthonydoss, aged about 41 years, has expired.
