Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein to instruct the 4th respondent herein to recover the loan due amount of Rs.1,13,361/- from the settlement due amounts of the deceased employee A.Selvaraj, exwireman. The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for a direction to be issued to the 1st respondent herein, to instruct the 4th respondent herein to recover the loan due amount of Rs.1,13,361/- from the settlement due amounts of the deceased employee A.Selvaraj, ex-wireman.

2. Mr.P.R.Dhilip Kumar, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent Electricity Board made a submission that the entire loan due amount of Rs.1,13,361/-(Rupees One Lakh Thirteen Thousand Three hundred and Sixty One only) has been already recovered from the terminal benefits of the deceased employee one Mr.A.Selvaraj, ex-wireman.

3. Considering the above submission made by the learned standing counsel for the respondent Electricity Board, there is no further adjudication required in this Writ Petition and hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
