(Order of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.A.Srijayanthi, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for respondents 1 and 2.

2. The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2016 to take necessary action and to form Rules and Regulations to regularize the Omni Bus Tariff within the time that may be fixed by this Court.

3. It appears that the petitioner has made several suggestions with regard to Omni Bus Tariff, majority of which appear to have already been under consideration or even otherwise also, they would be considered by the authorities.
