Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st respondent's order dated 03.04.2007 under ref:G.O.(Ms).No.184-Revenue (LRII (2) Department and to quash the same as illegal and invalid and to direct the 1st respondent to grant permission to the petitioner under Section 37A of the Act to hold the extent of 273.76 acres of land in Rasingapuram, Silaimalai and Ammapatti Villages of Bodinayakanur Taluk, Theni District.
