Heard Mr.K.Suresh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.D.Suriyanarayanan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the third respondent and perused the materials available on record.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Prohibition, prohibiting the proceedings of the third respondent, culminating in Case No.3275/WC/2008.

3. The petitioner is the daughter-in-law of the first respondent and the wife of the second respondent. This Writ Petition has been filed making allegation against the respondents 1 and 2 and questioning the Authority of the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent to enquire into the complaint given by the respondents 1 and 2. It is seen that this Writ Petition has been dismissed against the respondents 1 and 2 for non-payment of batta.

4. Since the petitioner failed to take proper service on the necessary parties, this Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, it is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
