2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner Muthu had filed Anticipatory Bail petition on 23.01.2023. During the pendency of the petition, the petitioner/accused Muthu S/o. Iruchan has surrendered before the learned District Munsifcum- Judicial Magistrate, Vikravandi on 09.02.2023 and thereby this petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed.
