The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the registered letters sent to the writ petitioners were returned and the learned counsel is unable to contact the writ petitioner for the purpose of proceeding the writ petition.

2.In this view of matter, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that the writ petition may be stands closed for want of instructions.

3.Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. No costs.
