ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report before the competent court of law in Crime No.822 of 2017 pending on the file of the respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after investigation charge sheet was filed on 02.10.2017 and based on the same a case was taken on file in C.C.No.3195 of 2017 on the file of VII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai. He further submitted that subsequently, the said case was taken to Lok Adalat and the same was disposed of on 08.12.2018.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
