ORDER

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner was temporarily appointed as a Conductor (Reserve Crew) in the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Salem) Limited, Dharmapuri and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. She has also produced a copy of the order in letter No.BA1/438/ Tha.Aa. Poga (Dharmapuri)/2013, dated 24.04.2013 to that effect. The said submission has been conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
