PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 04.11.2008 by giving notice to the third respondent within a date fixed by this Court and thereby transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner. O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to direct second respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 04.11.2008 by giving notice to the third respondent within a date fixed by this Court and thereby transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner.

2. Without going to the merits of the Writ Petition, this Court considered the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner to dispose of his representation dated 04.11.2008. Considering https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the above, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.11.2008 and pass orders on merits, after giving opportunity of hearing to the third respondent herein within a period of 12 weeds from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
