This petition has been filed to implead the Inspector of Police, CBCID Vellore, Vellore District as the 2nd respondent in Crl.M.P.No.20156 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17612 of 2023.

2.It is stated that investigation has been transferred to the said respondent.

3.In view of that fact, this petition is ordered as prayed.

4.Necessary amendment to be carried out in the application and also in the pending applications namely, Crl.M.P.Nos.1647 & 1649 of 2024.

5.Call the pending applications on 12.02.2024.
