It is submitted that in the above matter, I have written letter to the Petitioner and asked him to contact the undersigned immediately. I have also informed the Estate Senior Manager that in case the Petitioner has not responded, then I will have to report at the Hon'ble Court 'No Instructions'. Though the letter was sent on 25.09.2021. So far I have not received any instructions from the Petitioner. Hence I am reporting No Instructions in the above matter.' 2.

Having regard to the aforesaid representation made, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. It is made clear that the Petitioner is not precluded from applying for revival of this Writ Petition in accordance with law. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
