2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the documents placed on record.

3. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent contends that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.28015 of 2024 dated 23.09.2024. has been duly complied with on 02.06.2025 and thereby pleaded to close the present Contempt Petition.

4. Accordingly, the present Contempt Petition is closed, as nothing survives for adjudication. However, the 3rd respondent in the Writ Petition, viz., the Inspector of Police, T-5, Police Station, Thiruverkadu, Chennai is hereby directed to ensure that the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruvallur dated 02.06.2025 is complied with in true letter and spirit.
