Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to revise and refix the seniority of the petitioners in the seniority list of Librarian Grade III communicated vide proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.2116/A2/08 dated 02.05.2008 the First petitioner at Serial No.366, Second petitioner is at Serial No.369, Third petitioner at Serial No.383, Fourth petitioner at Serial No.414, Fifth petitioner at Serial No.431 and the Sixth petitioner at Serial No.527, based on their age and date of appointment in the post of Village Librarians, in the light of existing rules. This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, the second respondent to revise and refix the seniority of the petitioners in the seniority list of Librarian Grade III communicated vide proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.2116/A2/08 dated 02.05.2008 the First petitioner is at Serial No.366, Second petitioner is at Serial No.369, Third petitioner is at Serial No.383, Forth petitioner is at Serial No.414, Fifth petitioner is at Serial No.431 and the Sixth petitioner is at Serial No.527, based on their age and date of appointment in the post of Village Librarians
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
