O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed challenging the order of transfer issued by the first respondent in proceedings dated 10.06.2013 transferring the writ petitioner from Chengalpattu to Tambaram. However, an order of interim stay was granted in the present writ petition.

2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was not allowed to join duty during the relevant point of time. However, the fact remains that another transfer order was issued during the pendency of the present writ petition and therefore, the cause did not exist in respect of the order of transfer issued by the first respondent dated 10.06.2013. 2/4

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
