The Prayer in the Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue NET Qualification Certificate in the Examination conducted in Management Subject in June 2012 to the petitioner (Roll No.36172083) as per the revised criteria September 2012.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in Writ Appeal No.68/2017 which was preferred by the respondents herein against the interim order, the Division Bench has already directed the appellants therein/the respondents herein to issue the certificate to the petitioner, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. In view of the order passed by the Division Bench in Writ Appeal No.68/2017 dated 02.03.2017, nothing survives in this Writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ petition is closed. No costs.
