This petition has been filed against the order dated 13.03.2006 passed by the first respondent in petition No.1/1993 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and consequently registered sale deed dated 31.12.1992 alleged to have been executed by the petitioner in favour of the third respondent and set aside the same and to remand the petition No.1/1993 to the first respondent for rehearing and passing order in the said petition.

2. When the matter was listed on 03.08.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 05.08.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 05.08.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
