O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to depute a qualified Surveyor to survey and fix the boundaries between S.Nos.250/3 and 255, Tharapakkam Village, Pallavaram Taluk, Kanchipuram District by considering his representation dated 13.03.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2017 to survey and fix the boundaries between S.Nos.250/3 and 255, the respondent has not so far deputed a qualified Surveyor to survey and fix the boundaries.

3.Mr.R.S.Selvam, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to depute a qualified Surveyor to survey and fix the boundaries and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 13.03.2017 in accordance with law.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation 13.03.2017 given for the purpose of deputing a qualified Surveyor to fix the boundaries between S.Nos.250/3 and 255, Tharapakkam Village, Pallavaram Taluk, Kanchipuram District and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
