This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to appoint any independent Officer to investigate the petitioner's complaint dated 26.08.2017 by registering the FIR.
2.The Prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. In view of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018.
