J U D G M E N T

The appeal has been filed by the employer against the award passed by the Workmens' Compensation Commissioner at the instance of the respondent/workman, who sustained injuries when he was under the employment of the appellant. 2.When the matter is called, both the appellant as well as the respondent are present and they have categorically stated that they have settled the matter. By the said settlement, the respondent can withdraw the entire amount deposited by the appellant and there is no liability on the part of the appellant to pay to the respondent. In this regard, a memo of compromise has been filed by the appellant, counter signed by respective counsels. Since the appellant has agreed for the award and he has also consented for withdrawal of the money deposited, by the respondent, recording the memo of compromise, this Appeal is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. The amount has to be disbursed to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
