R.Santhakumari ..Respondents [R3 & R4 are impleaded as per the order of this Court, dated 07.11.2008 in M.P.No.1 of 2008 in W.P.No.17321 of 2008] Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to order of the 1st respondent in Ka.No.O.Mu.E.3/13877/2008, dated 20.06.2008 and quash the same and also direct the respondents to consider and issue Legal Heir Certificates to the petitioner as legal heirs of Late T.Elamparuthi.
