This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent Not to Harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that one Venkatesan has lodged a complaint against the petitioner and based on the same, the second respondent police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner and the family members. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that one Venkatesan has lodged a complaint against the petitioner and based on the same, CSR.No.522 of 2019 was given and after enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 22.11.2019. Hence, the question of harassment does not arise.
5. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
