Comp.A.No.220 of 2018 in C.P.No.255 of 2014 Krishnan Ramasamy, J., Ms.B.Ambili, Deputy Official Liquidator submitted that the strike off order has been issued and respondent's company has been removed from the Registrar's records. Therefore, she seeks further time to find out the concerned persons of the company against whom the recovery proceedings can be initiated.

Hence, for the present, this company application is closed with liberty.
