For Petitioners : Mr.Arunkungumaraj For Respondents : Mrs.V.Annalakshmi Government Advocate C O M M O N O R D E R Today, when the contempt petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the respondents have not complied with the order dated 14.06.2018 passed by this Court in WMP Nos.17125 and 17126 of 2018 and WMP Nos.17128 and 17129 of 2018 in W.P.Nos.14520 and 14521 of 2018 respectively.
2. Mrs.V.Annalakshmi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order mentioned supra passed by this Court, has been complied with and that the petitioners' representation had been considered and rejected.
3. Heard the learned counsel on either side. From a perusal of the order dated 14.06.2018 passed by this Court, it is clear that the petitioners will be considered for counselling, if the petitioners are otherwise qualified.
4. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the Contempt Petitions and the same are closed. Consequently, Sub Applications are also closed.
