ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner based on the enquiry dated 1.12.2016.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that based on the complaint dated 1.12.2016 given by one D.Karthick as against the petitioner, the respondent police is threatening and harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Hence, the petition.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no such harassment was made by the respondent police and only based on the complaint dated 1.12.2016 given by one D.Karthick, an enquiry was conducted and after enquiry, the said complaint was closed by the respondent police. Hence, the petitioner is no more required for enquiry by the respondent police.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed.
