The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Proceeding R.C.No.49673/Admn.2(3)/2004 dated 15.7.2009 of the second respondent herein, thereby transferring the petitioner as Superintendent, District Project, Office, Tiruvallur and to quash the same.

When the matter is called, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has challenged the transfer order in this Writ Petition, she tendered voluntary retirement and retired during February, 2015 itself. Therefore, nothing survives in the Writ Petition.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
