O R D E R
The writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 from alienating the property situated in Survey No.113 or Paruthiyur Village, Ottanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District, except under due process of law.
2. The Writ petition was filed in the year 2003 and the same is pending for more than fifteen years. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Whereas Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Government Advocate appeared on behalf of the respondents has represented that the petitioner's case is that the respondents are attempting to acquire the petitioners land without following procedure as per the land Acquisition Act. It is also reported by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents that as on date there is no proceedings under the Land Acquisition Act in respect of the petitioners land. But if the petitioner has given any representation, the Authority will consider the same by giving an opportunity to the petitioner.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation regarding the prayer sought for in this writ petition to the second Respondent/the District Collector, Dindigul District, Dindigul within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and on receipt of the same, the second respondent/District Collector is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and take suitable action in accordance with law within a period of four months thereafter.
