ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.28319 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28319 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024 is totally relaxed.
