The above Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the respondents 1 and 2 in the second appeal under Order 41 Rule 27 of CPC seeking to receive the Birth Certificates of the second appellant in the second appeal and one Sathiya, as additional documents and to mark the same as Exs.B.7 and B.8 respectively in the above second appeal.

2. As the Birth Certificates of the second appellant in the second appeal and one Sathiya have been obtained from the office of the Puducherry Municipality, pursuant to RTI application and being the public documents, the same are hereby ordered to be received, in the interest of justice and directed to be marked as Exs.B.7 and B.8 respectively in the above second appeal.
