The learned counsel for the petitioner-Company fairly made a submission that the issues raised are now sub judice before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court.

2. Under these circumstances, the petitioner-Company is at liberty to move a fresh application before the Competent Authority at an appropriate time in order to redress their grievances, if any, exists.
