ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing on 02.04.2025, this Court directed the Registry, to delete the name of the learned counsels for the petitioner, since they had given change of vakalat, to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list and directed that the matter be listed on 04.04.2025, under the caption for dismissal. However, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 04.04.2025. Hence, to give one more opportunity, the registry was directed to list the matter on 21.07.2025.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for Non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
