2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and further investigation is completed and the charge sheet has also been filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.32187 of 2024 dated 21.12.2024, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
