ORDER

The contempt petition filed by the petitioner for noncompliance of order dated 20.03.2019 would not survive as the writ petition has been ordered to be listed for de novo hearing before the appropriate Bench.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that by virtue of the order dated 20.3.2019, the petitioner has been in continuous service from 2016, though without salary. 1/3

As Mr.Antony Elangovan, learned counsel for the petitioner, says that the petitioner has not been receiving any salary, it is for the Church Board to ensure that some salary is paid as an adhoc measure pending final disposal of writ petition, which has been restored to file.
