This application has been filed seeking permission for the plaintiff to amend the short cause title, long cause title, para 14, statement of Addresses and wherever the 3rd and 4th defendants are mentioned in the plaint and to delete the 3rd and 4th defendants in the suit C.S. No.907 of 2000.
2. The learned counsel for the contesting defendants on instructions would submit that he has no objection for allowing this application.
3. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.
4. The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out the amendment in terms of this order.
5. Post the matter on 12.02.2024.
