These Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue any appropriate Writ or Order or Direction and in particular, a Writ in the nature of Declaration declaring that the transfer Order TR Nos.10,11/03-4 dated 14.11.2003 and the deputation Order dated 02.12.2003 issued by the respondent is illegal and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent to continue the petitioner at Chennai with all attendant benefits.

COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions are filed to declare that the transfer Order TR Nos.10,11/03-4 dated 14.11.2003 and the deputation Order dated 02.12.2003 issued by the respondent is illegal and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent to continue the petitioner at Chennai with all attendant benefits.

Mr.S.Sakthivel, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the prayer sought for in these petitions have become infructuous.

3. Therefore, nothing survives in these Writ Petitions for further adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
