attendant benefits together with monetary benefits to the petitioner.

PRAYER IN W.P.NO.12770 OF 2015:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.1247/ Ni.A.Pa-1/2014, dated 30.03.2015 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent to promote the petitioner to the post of District Sports Officer.

PRAYER IN W.P.NO.1786 OF 2016:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent in his proceedings No.2/AO-1/2015-6, dated 15.12.2015 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent to promote the petitioner to the post of District Sports and Youth Welfare Officer.
