Today, this matter was listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeking correction in the order dated 27.07.2022.

2. When the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that his office staff had wrongfully typed the transferree Court name as "XIII Small Causes Court, Chennai" instead of "MM CCB & CBCID, Egmore". Hence, he pleads this Court to accept and incorporate the correction in the Order dated 27.07.2022.

3.In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, Registry is directed to change the transferee Court from "XIII Small Causes Court, Chennai" to "MM CCB & CBCID, Egmore", wherever required in the Order dated 27.07.2022 and issue fresh Order copies to the necessary parties.

4. Except the above modification, the Order dated 27.07.2022 remains intact.
