ORDER

The Review Application has been filed to review the order dated 22.12.2022 in C.R.P.No.4209 of 2022 and to give an appropriate direction for speedy disposal of I.A.No.2 of 2021 in G.W.O.P.No.75 of 2019, pending on the file of the Principal District Judge, Chengalput. 1/4

2. The review petitioner filed the Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.No.4209 of 2022 for a direction to dispose of the Interlocutory Application filed in I.A.No.2 of 2021 in G.W.O.P.No.75 of 2019, pending on the file of the Principal District Judge, Chengalput.

3. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner mainly contended that the revision petitioner has not seen his son for the past about four years and thus, he filed the Civil Revision Petition for speedy disposal of the Interlocutory Application, seeking Visitation Right.

4. This Court, considering the large number of pendency of cases before the District Court concerned, made an observation that the cases are to be disposed of within a reasonable period of time. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition would cause prejudice to the petitionerfor the purpose of urging the District Court concerned for early disposal of the case.

5. Taking note of the facts and circumstances, the District Court, Chengalput, shall dispose of the petitions as early as possible. 2/4

6. With these observations, the Review Application No.57 of 2023 stands disposed of. No costs.
