This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to transfer the investigation in crime No.546 of 2011

from the file of the sixth respondent police station to CBCID for proper investigation.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 2 to 7 submitted that already investigation has been completed in Crime No.546 of 2011 on the file of the sixth respondent and also they filed final report before the jurisdiction Court. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to cost.
