Crl.M.P.No.1936 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.625 of 2021 Crl.M.P.No.1936 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.625 of 2021 N.SESHASAYEE, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.No.625 of 2021 by order dated 12.12.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the conditions imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
