PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records pursuant to the letter No.086093/63/G.59/G.591/2015-1 dated 29.03.2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent, quash the same and consequently consider the request transfer application of the petitioners dated 07.02.2015 and 09.01.2015.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that pursuant to the impugned order of transfer, the petitioners were retained in the same place of work on their request. As such, the impugned order itself has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the impugned order dated 29.03.2015 passed by the second respondent herein is quashed and the Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
