Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus to forbear the respondents or their authorities claiming on their behalf in any way interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land and building bearing Door No.23, Navalar Nagar, Anna Nagar West Extension, Chennai, comprised in Old Survey No.162/2, Plot No.22, Now T.S.No.6, Block No.38, having total extent of 1320 square feet, belonging to the petitioner and consequently to direct the respondents to restore the building and structure as stood prior to 21.09.2007 of the said land to direct the respondents joint or severally to pay the compensation of Rs.15,00,000/- for demolition and destruction of the said property.
