Respondents PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for all the relevant records pertaining to the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Erode Division, Erode, first respondent herein vide her proceedings No.Mu.Mu.No.2761/2004 Aa2, dated 13.08.2004 and the order passed by the Tahsildar, Perundurai Taluk, second respondent herein vide his proceedings No.O.Mu.7770/2003 A5, dated 03.12.2003 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable being violative of rules and principles of natural justice thereby direct the respondents 1 and 2 to issue fresh legal heirs certificate by including all the legal heirs of late M.Palaniyappan.
