This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondent for contempt of Court under the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 20.10.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.13001 of 2016 under Contempt of Courts Act.

The learned Additional Advocate General submitted that as against the order of this Court in W.P.No.13001/2016 dated 20.10.2021, the respondent has filed writ appeal before this Court in W.A.No.761 of 2022 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, vide its order dated 28.04.2022, granted interim stay against the contempt proceedings.

3. In view of the submissions so made by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
