J U D G M E N T

(Delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.,) The instant intra Court appeal is filed against the order dated 05.09.2014 passed in W.P. No. 22129 of 2008.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellant fairly submits that the period of one month granted by the learned Single Judge for passing necessary orders is not sufficient. Thus, the appellant may be granted some more time to comply with the said order and the appellant has no grievance qua the impugned order, on merits.

3. Mr. L. Chandrakumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/writ petitioner fairly submits that the respondent/writ petitioner has no objection for granting some more time to the appellant to comply with the order passed by the learned single Judge.

4. Accordingly, the appellant is granted three months time from today to comply with the impugned order passed by the learned single Judge.
