Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records of the third respondent's Letter No.164/2007, dated 01.10.2007 and subsequent reference of Document No.3744 to 3747 of 2007, under Section 47A(1) of the Indian Stamp Act-1899, to the fourth respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to return to the petitioner, the original sale deed dated 01.08.2007 on the file of the Sub Registration District of Pammal, without any endorsement/cancelling the endorsement, if any, regarding the reference under Section 47-A(i) of the Stamp Act-1899, relating to four properties comprised in Old Survey Nos.163, New Survey Nos.130, 154/1A, 154/1B, 154/2A, 154/2B, 155/3 and 155/4 and bearing Plot Nos.27, 28, 39, and 40 respectively and situated at Sri Mahalakshmi Nagar, Thirunneermalai, Kancheepuram District.
