2. Though notice served to the 4th respondent, none appears on his behalf.

3. Mr.A.R. Nixon, learned counsel appears for respondent numbers 1 to 3 and he fairly submits that he has no serious objection to the delay of 67 days being condoned.

4. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent's 1 to 3, the delay of 67 days is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondents counsel 1 to 3, at the time of admission. Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
