Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order No.3 dated 15.05.2006 relating to Additional Security Deposit passed by the 2nd respondent, under which two times of the maximum net energy supplied in a month during the previous banking period and consequential demand of the third respondent in his Letter No.SE/CEDC/N/AAO/HT 1778/A2/D643/07 dated 04.10.2007 made to the petitioner for H.T.Sc.No.1778 and quash the same as arbitrary, discriminatory, unreasonable and against the Regulation 5(5)(ii) (a) of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Supply Code 2004 and consequently direct the respondents to accept the Additional Security Deposit on par with the consumers who own captive Power Project as stipulated in order No.4 dated 15.05.2006.
