ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the order bearing letter No.66835/Estt.(DP)/A1/2005 dated 01.10.2010 and the subsequential order bearing Letter No.6604/Estt.(DP)/A1/2012 dated 28.02.2012 passed by the
respondent herein and to quash the same.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the sole petitioner died on 20.06.2014 itself. Even till today, the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner did not take any steps to implead themselves as parties to proceed with this petition. Therefore, they have no interest to pursue with this matter.
3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs. However, the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner are at liberty to file a petition to restore this writ petition in the manner known to law.
